Keramoti is a small picturesque port in the prefecture of Kavala in east Macedonia, in Greece. The distance to the two closest biggest cities Kavala and Xanthi is approx. 45 km in each case. The closest airports are Kavala (KVA), 10 km away and Thessaloniki (SKG) approx. 200 km away. By car or by frequent buses you can easily go to the amphitheatrical city of Kavala, city of Xanthi with its traditional old town, ancient town of Philippi, Nestos river valley. Also, with frequent ferryboats you can visit the green island of Thassos in only half an hour from Keramoti port.
